ABOUT My background and work focus | I'm Gergana Gotova, Certified Enneagram, Life & Executive Coach, CFA charterholder, and MBA graduate with a background in linguistics. I spent over a decade across finance, sales, and cross-cultural environments – including at S&P Global, BNY, and Allianz Global Investors – before starting my coaching practice. I work with senior professionals and executives across Europe and globally, helping them get beneath the surface of what is not working and find true insights and real solutions – without the fluff. |
